Our Services

These are some of the services we can include in your personalized maintenance plan. You can also request items of your own, as well as general handy work

Indoors:

• Test and replace smoke detector batteries

• Change AC filter and inspect drain line every 3 months

• Inspect and clean AC drain lines every 6 months

• Clean dryer vent

• Inspect under sinks for potential leaks or damage

• Change fridge water filter every 6 months

• Inspect and clean fridge coils

• Check and clean garbage disposal

• Clean and sanitize dishwasher

• Clean range hood filters

• Inspect and clean faucets and aerators

• Clean washing machine filter/drain pump

• Inspect and lubricate garage door - rollers, chain and springs.

• Inspect & clean bathroom fans/exhaust 2x a year - once reg, once deep

• Inspect windows, door hinges/alignment and locks

• Visually inspect attic for signs of pests and/or water damage

• Inspect vents, soffits etc for potential damage

• Test all drains. Clean out drain lines and adjust stoppers as needed

• Test and tighten all knobs, handles and hinges

Outdoors:

• Inspect roof for potential damage

• Exterior window washing

• Superficial interior and exterior walkthrough with report, for potential issues

• Sprinkler inspection and testing

• Gutter and downspout cleaning (1st floor only)

• Basic pressure wash driveway

• Clean or basic pressure wash house exterior

• Basic pressure wash patio

Snowbird plan: (weekly or bi-weekly)

• Exterior safety and damage inspection

• Water plants

• Interior walkthrough - Damage, insects/rodents, etc.

• Check AC is running properly - Change filters as needed

• Check breaker panel for tripped breaker

• Run water through sinks/tubs to prevent evaporation

• Flush toilets

• Run garbage disposal

• Run dishwasher on rinse cycle

• Bring in mail and remove door hangers/fliers

• Meet with vendors if necessary 

• Monthly report about general home maintenance - landscaping, pool, etc

• Add-on - 30 minute miscellaneous visit
